Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. In the original packaging.

3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for your ordered item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

1. Items that have been used or opened.

2. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@goldbotanicmy.com.

Wrong Delivered Items:

If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@goldbotanicmy.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a return shipping label for the incorrect item.
